Job Title Surveyor - London Tenant Representation Job Description Summary Job Description Surveyor – London Tenant Representation London Cushman & Wakefield’s London Tenant Representation team is expanding following a very strong year of activity and an increase in client instructions. With a healthy pipeline of ongoing and upcoming work, we are looking to hire a Surveyor into our established London team. The group advises clients spanning the technology, professional services, legal, and financial sectors on Central London office strategy, and this role will support the delivery of that work as the team continues to grow. In 2025, the team advised on approximately 1 million sq ft of transactions, acting on behalf of major occupiers in some of London’s most prominent deals. We provide end-to-end advisory support, from initial strategy through to lease completion, including financial modelling, negotiation, and transaction execution. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, high-profile projects while developing strong client relationships. The role also involves working closely with colleagues across different teams and disciplines. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of advice on Central London office strategy, including relocations, renewals, and portfolio decisions Assist with day-to-day client interaction and support relationship management Support office search processes, including sourcing opportunities and coordinating inspections Prepare client reports, financial analysis, and option appraisals Assist with lease negotiations, liaising with landlords, agents, and legal teams Support transactions from instruction through to completion Provide well-informed analysis to support client decision-making Work collaboratively with colleagues across Cushman & Wakefield, including on cross-border instructions Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated real estate advice Support accurate record-keeping, reporting, and general transaction administration Skills & Experience: Experience in Central London office transactions preferred, with a good understanding of the London office market Background in general practice surveying across corporate, public sector, or private practice Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities Experience drafting clear, high-quality client reports Good knowledge of relevant legislation and case law MRICS preferred but not essential Strong client relationship skills with a collaborative approach Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness Clear and confident communication skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Ability to produce professional, accurate documentation Team-oriented mindset Please note: this is a direct search led by Cushman & Wakefield.
