Surveyor – Office & Commercial Relocations
Surveyor – Central London Client Base
A growing office and commercial relocation specialist is seeking a Surveyor to take ownership of their Central London client base. Your approach will be straightforward:
- Follow your pre-booked diary
- Conduct surveys for each move
- Quote accurately
- Close assessments and deliver new business
While there is room to develop new client relationships, the core responsibilities focus on executing specialised, surveying-led tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site surveys across Central London
- Assess relocation requirements and generate accurate, tailored quotations
- Follow up post-survey to close sales and address client queries
- Build client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

About the Role
This is primarily a surveying-led position with potential for new business growth. Success hinges on your ability to:
- Survey moves effectively
- Close deals with confidence
Key skills required:
- Experience in commercial or domestic surveying within the moving/relocations sector (not compulsory, but helpful)
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and self-managed diary organisation
