We burst onto the restaurant scene in 1997, revolutionising London—and the wider UK—with the introduction of our signature kaiten conveyor-belt sushi and colour-coded dishes. Today, we’re known for our fresh, authentic, flavourful Japanese cuisine, blending classic sushi with irresistible hot street food, from traditional dishes to bold fusion creations. With a passionate commitment to rich, aromatic flavours and umami, we now proudly operate over 70 restaurants globally, 300+ kiosks in the UK, and offer grocery products and pre-packaged sushi in major UK supermarkets.

Key Duties:
- Fresh & Safe Food Handling: Committed to food safety, adhering to Health & Safety protocols, and tracking temperature checks.
- Efficiency Under Pressure: Experienced in working under deadlines in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting.
- Inventory Management: Ensures proper stock control and reduces wastage.
- Station Setup & Maintenance: Supports setup, daily handover, and close-down procedures.
- Menu Mastery: Deep understanding of all product specifications to deliver dishes to the highest standards.
Technical Skills:
- Rolling sushi
- Working the pass and hot section
- Prepping raw ingredients with care
- Monitored via Trail app for compliance and efficiency
