Sushi Gourmet – Quality Food Production Team Member

(30 hours per week, based at Sainsbury’s kiosk, Tritton Road, Lincoln, LN6 7QN)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be integral to our team with the following tasks:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients daily, including:
    • Meat
    • Raw fish and other sushi components
  • Label products accurately, ensuring strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
  • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across:
    • Workshop spaces
    • Storerooms
    • Working areas
  • Uphold high production standards, delivering sustainable, ethical, and safe food products for our customers

Requirements

Essential

  • Clear multitasking skills, particularly in fast-paced scenarios

✅ Logistics & Availability

  • Reliable transportation to reach work starting ship shifts (some days begin at 6 AM)
  • Early riser mentality for peak operational efficiency
