- Availability: Morning (5 AM starts possible), afternoon, evening, and weekends
- Age: Must be 18 years or older
- Employment Type: Full time
- Pay: $16.50 – $17/hour

Job Description
The Sushi Chef & Prep Associate role is perfect for those passionate about fresh, high-quality sushi! In this position, you will:
- Collaborate with experienced sushi chefs to prepare custom sushi rolls
- Serve customers with precision by fulfilling made-to-order requests
- Learn traditional sushi-making techniques in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Responsibilities
Kitchen & Culinary Tasks
- Prepare sushi ingredients, including:
- Fish slicing
- Vegetable cutting
- Sushi rice production
- Assist in crafting:
- Sushi rolls
- Nigiri
- Sashimi
- Other menu offerings
- Follow recipe standards and uphold presentation excellence
Hygiene & Operations

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen

Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols

Work efficiently in a fast customer service environment
Requirements
