Sustainability Analyst
Journey Sustainability Analyst
About the Role
In this multivariable role, you will support three key areas:
- Supplier engagement
- Colleague engagement
- Reporting and disclosures
Supplier Engagement
You will back our supplier engagement strategy, including:
- Conducting data analyses
- Preparing for Quarterly Business Reviews with Category Leads and key suppliers
- Implementing CDP Supply Chain engagement
Support may include the following initiatives:
- Expansion and upkeep of Green Hotel certifications
- Tracking and supporting engagement of suppliers via CDP Supply Chain and related platforms
- Implementing nudges in travel platforms
Colleague Engagement
You will help drive engagement efforts with:
- Green Teams
- Fleet managers
- Other stakeholders as needed
Primary activities:
- Conducting data analyses
- Extracting recommendations
Reporting and Disclosures
You will serve as a Project Management Office (PMO) lead, ensuring:
- Delivery of environmental sustainability reporting requirements
- Coordination for EMS certification
- Gathering of stakeholder inputs and timeline management

Key responsibilities:
- Drafting initial disclosure content
- Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and high-quality outputs
- Maintaining strong quality control for consistent and audit-ready outputs
Overall Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and integrate information from:
- Internal and external stakeholders
- Structured sustainability disclosures
- Supplier survey responses
- Unstructured large datasets such as:
- Travel data
- Finance data
- Emissions data
- Track progress and inform priorities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on decarbonization initiatives
- Support audit-ready external disclosures and reports
Your contributions will drive alignment with clients’ public near- and long-term emissions reduction targets while empowering positive change for colleagues, suppliers, and the planet.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
✅ 3+ years of experience in environmental sustainability ✅ Prior experience with:
- Voluntary reporting (e.g., EcoVadis)
- Mandatory reporting (e.g., NFRD) ✅ ISO 14001 knowledge is a strong plus ✅ Bachelor’s or university degree

Technical Requirements:
- Advanced Excel proficiency mandatory
- SQL/Python knowledge a plus but not required

- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Deliver consistent, high-quality, audit-ready outputs
- Adapt messaging for voluntary and mandatory disclosures
