About The Role
This role is essentially ESG execution inside real assets.
Not abstract sustainability.
Not policy writing.
This Is
- emissions data
- reporting frameworks
- portfolio-level sustainability performance
You are helping clients measure, manage, and reduce carbon across buildings.
What You’ll Do
ESG Data & Analysis
- Collect and analyze environmental and sustainability data
- Support carbon tracking and energy performance analysis
- Translate raw data into actionable ESG insights

Sustainability Reporting
- Support ESG disclosures and reporting outputs
- Align reporting with frameworks like:
- GRI
- TCFD
- Other regulatory standards
Client & Portfolio Support
- Work with real estate clients on sustainability strategies
- Support decarbonisation initiatives across property portfolios
- Assist in improving ESG performance metrics
Project Coordination
- Support delivery of sustainability projects
- Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure timelines and reporting outputs are met
What They’re Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in ESG, sustainability, or real estate
- Data analysis and reporting capability
- Understanding of ESG frameworks and climate reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
