What We Are Looking For

A Sustainability Consultant to act as a strategic partner to our clients, guiding B Corp certifications and sustainability strategies while helping drive the continued growth of our impact offering.

About Seismic

Here at Seismic, we have a two-part vision:

  • To help 10 million people join the shift by 2030
  • To be the best place we’ve ever worked

We know this is an ambitious vision—meaning we challenge ourselves and our clients daily, striving for growth and delivering real impact. Learn more about our mission in our CEO’s TEDx talk, “The purpose of profit: the business of securing a sustainable future”.

We foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support, ensuring every changemaker feels empowered to grow and contribute their best. We don’t just talk about change—we drive it. We ourselves are a B Corp with a team of B Corp, Net Zero, Reporting, and Sustainability Comms experts, collaborating to deliver measurable impact for clients ranging from innovative SMEs to global corporations. Read their stories here.

We’re a close-knit team, working together toward a shared vision—until we find you.

The Role and Responsibilities

We’re seeking a Sustainability Consultant passionate about helping organisations turn sustainability ambition into meaningful action, combining strategic thinking with practical delivery to create lasting impact for our clients.

The exact scope will depend on the desire, capability, and experience of the right candidate. Key responsibilities may include:

  • Core Impact Team Member & Strategic Partner: Using your expertise to drive high-value, impactful solutions for clients.
  • Client Portfolio Lead: Guiding clients through sustainability and ESG journeys (e.g., B Corp, materiality assessments, reporting, KPI setting).
  • Client Acquisition & Sales Development: Proactively identifying leads and designing/selling projects aligned with client sustainability goals.
  • High-Quality Delivery: Ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and drive long-term impact.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Translating technical concepts into clear messaging, hosting workshops, and presenting final reports to senior/client board teams.
  • Strategic Insight & Identification: Pinpointing unmet needs and ensuring tailored solutions align with objectives and future growth.
  • Process Improvement: Optimising internal workflows, tools, and client service approaches.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating strong ties with colleagues, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Brand Representation: Speaking at industry events, conferences, and round tables.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
