Building Services Design & Sustainability team
South Leeds Area | Hybrid Working
Salary Up to & Around £45,000 + Benefits

Looking for a Sustainability role where you can become a key part of a growing team rather than just another number?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established Building Services consultancy that is investing heavily in the expansion of its Sustainability offering. Working within a close-knit team of two specialists, you'll have the chance to play a genuine role in shaping the future growth of the department as the business continues to expand.

About the Consultancy

Based to the South of Leeds, this respected Building Services consultancy has built a strong reputation across Yorkshire for delivering high-quality Mechanical, Electrical and Sustainability solutions across a diverse range of sectors.

With around 40 employees and ambitious plans for further growth, the business offers the supportive culture of a medium-sized consultancy while still providing excellent project exposure and career development opportunities. Their Sustainability team is involved in a wide range of industrial and retail projects, giving consultants the opportunity to work on varied and technically interesting developments.

The Role

You'll support the delivery of BREEAM assessments and wider sustainability consultancy services across multiple projects, working closely with the Building Services engineering teams and external stakeholders.

The role offers a great balance of technical delivery, client interaction and professional development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys sustainability consultancy and wants to progress within a growing team.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Sustainability professional with experience delivering BREEAM assessments and a genuine interest in sustainable building design. BREEAM AP qualification would be highly advantageous, although candidates with similar sustainability experience or those looking to develop towards AP status will also be considered. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a growing team are key.
