Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Location: Borough of Elmbridge, Surrey (Full-Time, Office-Based)
Allen & York are delighted to be partnering with a leading sustainability and compliance consultancy that supports clients across the construction, property, finance, and events sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Sustainability Consultant (flexibility on level) to join their friendly and established team in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sustainability professional who enjoys working closely with colleagues in a collaborative office environment and is looking to develop their career within a respected and growing consultancy.
The Role
As a Sustainability Consultant, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing advice and support on sustainability accreditation and compliance projects. You will be part of a small, supportive team where your contribution will be valued and your professional development encouraged.

About You
We're looking for a personable, detail-oriented professional with strong technical capabilities and a passion for sustainability.
You will ideally have:
- A degree in Sustainability, Construction, Engineering, Geography, or a related discipline.
- Relevant industry experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Experience with one or more sustainability accreditation schemes, including:
- BREEAM (Refurbishment & Fit-Out and/or New Construction)
- SKA
- LEED
- Fitwel
- WELL
- Excellent attention to detail and strong report-writing skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively.
- A positive attitude and the interpersonal skills to thrive within a close-knit team.
Essential Requirements
- BREEAM accreditation/experience
- Ability to commute to the Val of Elmbridge office five days per week (this is a fully office-based position), full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK without requiring future sponsorship.
