Sustainability Data Analyst | EMEA
Our client is a globally recognised FMCG and beverage business with a bold, fast-paced brand identity and a presence across over 100 markets. As their sustainability strategy matures, they’re building out the team responsible for ensuring the data behind it is accurate, audit-ready, and trusted by leadership.
They’re looking for a Sustainability Data Analyst to sit at the heart of sustainability reporting for the EMEA region, owning data governance, validation, and the dashboards that drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sustainability data governance and validation across EMEA markets and functions
- Standardise the carbon footprint data collection process and manage a leading carbon accounting platform
- Act as the central EMEA point of contact for sustainability data requests from:
- Internal teams
- Partners
- Customers
- Lead the supplier questionnaire process and align data definitions across GHG inventory categories
- Build and maintain KPIs and dashboards in Power BI for performance tracking
- Draft sustainability reporting content and coordinate review with:
- Finance
- External consultants

Experience & Skills
We’re looking for professionals who bring:
- 3–6 years’ experience in:
- Sustainability
- ESG reporting
- Data analytics
- Strong Power BI and Excel skills, with proven experience in building and maintaining dashboards
- Working knowledge of:
- GHG Protocol
- CSRD
- SECR
- Experience with:
- Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon data
- Supplier ESG data collection
- A track record of:
- Standardising processes
- Improving reporting through automation
- Stakeholder management skills to:
- Work across multiple functions, regions, and external partners
- Ensure clear ownership and accountability
