Sustainability Leadership Skills Coach
Delivery Team | £43,000 – £45,000 + excellent benefits | Full-time | Hybrid (South London)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Leadership Skills Coach to join our growing Delivery Team and play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of responsible leaders in sustainability.
This is a highly impactful role where you’ll support apprentices throughout their learning journey, shaping and delivering engaging content for our Responsible Leadership Academy and helping learners build meaningful careers. LDN’s bespoke Responsible Leadership Academy is a different category of leadership development. It is built for the future, encompassing strategic direction, data, reporting, stakeholder relationships and recruitment through a sustainable lens.
What you’ll do
- Support the delivery of our Responsible Leadership apprenticeship programme, aligned to the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner standard:
- Coach and mentor apprentices, delivering an outstanding learning experience throughout their journey
- Ensure learners stay on track and successfully complete their apprenticeship
- Deliver regular progress reviews and keep employers informed on apprentice development
- Support the review and continuous improvement of programme content and delivery
- Design and facilitate engaging group sessions, including virtual and in-person workshops
- Coordinate training activities with employers and industry experts
- Assess apprentice work and provide timely, developmental feedback
- Manage your schedule effectively to ensure learner progress and achievement
- Follow quality assurance processes to maintain best practice and compliance
- Build strong relationships with apprentices and employers
- Provide pastoral support where required

Who we’re looking for
Someone with strong leadership in sustainability expertise and a passion for developing others. If you don’t meet every requirement but feel excited about the role, we’d still love to hear from you.
- Experience working as a Leader in Sustainability (in-house, consultancy, or agency), and/or delivering sustainability training.
- Good understanding of corporate responsibility and sustainability frameworks and initiatives
- Experience in teaching, training, or coaching, with a strong interest in learner development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Confident using digital tools including MS Office, LMS platforms, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
- A passion for helping people start and progress their careers
- Ideally hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
- Aligned to our values and able to balance commercial awareness with empathy

- £43,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
