Role Description
The Sustainability Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for developing and implementing corporate sustainability strategies that align with client and firm objectives, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities. - Conducting sustainability assessments

The Sustainability Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients to integrate sustainable development considerations into strategic plans, and communicate findings and recommendations through clear presentations, briefings, and written materials.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Sustainability and Sustainable Development, with experience designing or supporting sustainability strategies.
- Strong Sustainability Reporting capabilities, including experience with ESG frameworks, standards, and disclosures relevant to governments and institutions.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, impact assessment, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex sustainability concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders in written and verbal formats.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., sustainability, environmental studies, economics, public policy, business, or related field) and experience in advisory, consulting, or institutional environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with international sustainability standards, climate and development policy, and impact measurement methodologies is highly beneficial.
