About us

Sustainability professionals are working on some of the most consequential challenges of our time — helping businesses understand their impact, meet their obligations, and make meaningful changes for climate, nature, and communities.

At Annwn, we're building tools to help them do that work better. We use the most current thinking in AI to build reliable, purposeful technology for sustainability professionals — not generic tools repurposed for the job, but systems designed around how this work actually gets done. The AI landscape moves fast, and knowing what to use, how to trust it, and how to get real value from it beyond a simple chatbot is genuinely hard. We're doing that thinking so sustainability professionals don't have to — giving them intelligent, structured tooling that augments their expertise, keeps them in control, and helps them deliver better outcomes for their clients and organisations. We're human-centric by design — the professional's judgement, expertise, and relationships remain at the centre of everything. Technology serves the work, not the other way around. We believe the best outcomes for business and the world come from empowering the people already doing the hard work — not replacing them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

We're hiring one of our first Sustainability Managers — a role designed for someone who cares deeply about sustainability and wants to help shape how it gets done inside large organisations.

  • You'll work hands-on with sustainability professionals, earning their trust, understanding their pressures, and making sure Annwn genuinely delivers for them — in reporting cycles, in disclosure processes, in the day-to-day complexity of getting sustainability embedded across a business.
  • Customer delight is at the heart of this role. You'll be the person our customers turn to when they need guidance, reassurance, or a thought partner on a hard problem. That means being a trusted advisor first — someone who understands sustainability deeply enough to add real value beyond the product, and who can help customers see how better tools can strengthen, not undermine, the case for sustainability inside their organisations. Adoption only sticks when people feel supported, see genuine value, and trust the people behind it.
  • You'll also be our eyes and ears in the field. The patterns you spot across customer engagements — what's working, what isn't, where the profession is underserved — are invaluable to how we build. Feeding that insight back to the product and engineering team is an important part of the role, but it's the outcome of doing the customer work brilliantly, not the primary measure of success.
  • You'll work across customer success, product development, sales, and knowledge-building — a broad remit that reflects where we are as an early-stage company, and the importance we place on getting this right.
