Sustainability Manager - Data and Insights

East Leake (Hybrid)

Here at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions (British Gypsum and Isover), we are looking for a Sustainability Manager - Data and Insights to drive the strategy and delivery of sustainability data and certification initiatives across products, systems, and the wider business.

You will ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations and stand out in the market by owning and elevating our sustainability data and embedding it across systems and digital tools to ensure that it’s accessible and genuinely adds value for our customers.

You will be the go-to expert for Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and sustainability certifications, turning data into insight, supporting commercial opportunities, and bringing our story to life through compelling customer-facing content. You’ll also lead sustainability training and engagement internally and externally, while strengthening our British Gypsum and Isover brands, supporting growth, and aligning with what matters most to our customers.

What we’re looking for:

  • Degree or qualification in a sustainability, environmental, or design discipline
  • Knowledge in sustainability regulations, standards, and product certifications
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in analyzing data and insights to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Knowledge in Life Cycle Assessments and green building certifications is highly advantageous

What you will be doing:

This is a hugely varied role. You’ll have responsibility across numerous areas including sustainability certifications, data, market insights, internal competency, and external training. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead EPD data collection with plant teams and coordination with the Life Cycle Analysis Team
  • Own the sustainability certification roadmap aligned to customer and market needs
  • Lead the BES 6001 audit management
  • Own the sustainability data framework and integration of sustainability data into core digital systems and tools
  • Develop and deliver the internal sustainability training program
  • Develop and deliver external sustainability trainings for customers and stakeholders
  • Provide regular customer and market insight, benchmarking, and trends to inform business decision-making
  • Support customer understanding of sustainability data, certifications, and system performance
