Sustainability Manager Trowbridge £50,000 – £60,000 + Package

We are working with a leading international construction and engineering business specialising in complex, high-specification environments including advanced manufacturing, logistics, data centres, and life sciences

With a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging projects across the UK and globally, the business combines innovation, quality, and a people-focused culture to deliver exceptional results for its clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to take a leading role in driving sustainability strategy across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The Role

As Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing sustainability and ESG initiatives across multiple construction projects. You will play a key role in embedding sustainable practices across the full project lifecycle — from design and procurement through to delivery — ensuring compliance, innovation, and measurable environmental performance. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring the ability to balance sustainability objectives with commercial and programme demands while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
