Sustainability Manager

Sustainability Manager

Location: Bridgwater Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Package

We are partnering with a well-established international construction and project delivery organisation that operates across highly regulated and technically demanding sectors, including data centres, advanced manufacturing, logistics, life sciences, and industrial developments.

Known for delivering large-scale projects to the highest standards, the business has built a reputation for innovation, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Sustainability Manager to help drive environmental performance and sustainability objectives across a diverse project portfolio.

The Role

As Sustainability Manager, you will take ownership of sustainability and ESG performance across multiple live projects, supporting the business in achieving its environmental commitments and long-term sustainability goals.

Working closely with operational teams, designers, clients, and supply chain partners, you will champion sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered responsibly while maintaining commercial and programme objectives.

This role offers the opportunity to influence both project-level and business-wide sustainability initiatives within a progressive and growing organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
