You will ensure compliance with packaging‑related legislation, drive recyclability and waste‑reduction initiatives, and support innovation in sustainable beauty packaging. Your insights will help reduce environmental impact while protecting the brand’s premium aesthetic and customer experience.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis & Sustainability Insights

  • Alongside our global partner Valpak, analyse packaging compositions (plastics, glass, aluminium, paperboard, pumps, droppers, caps, and labels) to assess recyclability, waste impact, and environmental performance.
  • Track packaging waste generated in production, fulfilment, and returns processes.
  • Build reporting tools and dashboards to communicate sustainability metrics (e.g., PCR content, recyclability scores, EPR obligations).
  • Maintain accurate datasets to support claims such as “recyclable,” “refillable,” or “reduced packaging.”
  • Track material compositions for Tools & Accessories assortment with regards to material safety standards and restricted substance lists in key markets.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Support compliance with packaging‑waste regulations across multiple markets (e.g., UK EPR, EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation, US state‑level laws).
  • Prepare and submit data for packaging‑related reporting schemes.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain validated packaging specifications (wall thickness, materials, resin codes, coatings, inks, recyclability testing).
  • Ensure packaging claims meet regulatory standards and avoid greenwashing risks.
  • Confirm global compliance in packaging labelling claims, icons and information upon artwork (Tri-man, Mobius Loop, OPRL, material and % recycled content etc. )
  • Ensure all non-formulated products (Tools & Accessories) comply with global chemical and safety regulations, including REACH (EU/UK), California Prop 65, and heavy metal limits.
  • Liaise with our externally testing institutes to obtain the correct testing for global compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain compliance documentation for the tools & accessories assortment, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for relevant materials and certificates of analysis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
