Lenovo is seeking an experienced Sustainability Performance Value Senior Manager to play a strategic role at the intersection of sustainability, business performance, and value creation, and to strengthen how sustainability performance, business impact and sustainability-related revenue are measured, reported and used.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing the frameworks, methodologies, and reporting processes that translate sustainability performance into measurable business outcomes across International Sales.
These Are Your Detailed Responsibilities
- Own and evolve sustainability KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting governance across International Sales.
- Build and maintain executive, geo, and team-level dashboards that support KPI-driven decision making.
- Develop methodologies and processes to measure sustainability-related business value, including revenue impact, cost optimization, risk reduction, differentiation, and customer value.
- Lead sustainability-related revenue measurement and reporting programs, ensuring clear definitions, governance, and scalable implementation processes.
- Design and support sustainability-linked incentive and performance management models across sales, partners, and ISO organizations.
- Act as project owner for sustainability business performance initiatives, driving stakeholder alignment, implementation, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, ESG, and business teams to align reporting processes, methodologies, and performance frameworks.
- Translate financial, sustainability, and business data into executive-ready insights, business cases, and performance narratives.
- Continuously improve reporting automation, data quality, and performance measurement processes to support long-term scalability.
- Apply understanding of sustainability frameworks and methodologies, such as EU Taxonomy, CSRD/ESRS, and WBCSD, to support business metrics, reporting approaches, and performance management.

Organization
You will report to Virginie Le Barbu, Executive Director, ISO Global Sustainability, and work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, ESG, product teams, geo leaders and Lenovo 360 Circle stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, business performance management, revenue operations, program management, sustainability performance or ESG data analytics.
- Strong financial modelling, ROI analysis, business case development and value quantification capabilities.
- Advanced experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel or equivalent platforms.
- Proven experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, governance models, reporting methodologies and implementation processes.
- Strong project management and execution discipline, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from design to delivery.
- Ability to translate complex financial, sustainability and business data into clear executive insights and recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Preferred: Experience in ICT, technology, datacenter, cloud, AI, services or channel ecosystem. Understanding of sustainability-related frameworks and methodologies, including EU Taxonomy, CSRD/ESRS, WBCSD frameworks or similar external approaches. Experience translating sustainability requirements into business metrics, reporting models, operational processes or performance frameworks. Experience with sustainability-related revenue measurement, incentive models, ESG data management or performance integration initiatives.
