Senior Vice President (SVP) – Account Management
Role Purpose & Summary
The SVP Account Management is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction and growth of major client accounts within Iyuno Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of account directors and managers
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, profitability, and service delivery
- Maintaining long-term key client relationships aligned with Iyuno’s long-term business goals
- Collaborating with global operational teams to deliver joint strategic outcomes
- Proactively identifying and addressing strategic client needs

2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account directors and managers
- Foster high-performance cultures, professional development, and org-wide alignment
3. Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Monitor client satisfaction across key accounts
- Escalate and resolve high-level project issues
- Negotiate internally on behalf of clients to secure successful project delivery
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
This role requires a proven track record in high-impact account management with the following qualifications:
Strategic & Commercial Expertise
- Account Growth – Drive revenue growth through organic expansion in existing accounts
- Revenue Accountability – Manage profitability of assigned accounts via collaboration with finance, sales, and enablement teams
- Client Presentations & Proposals – Lead negotiations and develop high-value proposals, scopes, and contracts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work seamlessly with internal teams (BD, sales, pricing, forecasting, marketing, contract management, service delivery, operations) for end-to-end client success
Market & Executive-focused Skills
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competition to advise clients on innovative approaches
- Provide senior leadership with regular updates on account performance, risks, and growth opportunities

New Business & Leadership
- Partner with business development to acquire new high-value accounts
- Drive large-scale projects and deals with measurable business impact
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA desirable)
- 8–10+ years in account management or client service leadership
- Proven experience in a fast-paced industry, ideally media or localisation
- Strong ability to manage C-suite relationships and influence outcomes
Soft & Technical Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills – Cross-cultural sensitivity, negotiation, active listening
- Strategic thinker – Develops and executes account strategies for sustainable long-term partnerships
- Adaptable leadership – Balances big-picture vision with hands-on execution
- Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and data analytics
