Your work will be instrumental in refining our platform’s capability, control, and scalability while fostering a culture of strategic leadership, agility, and continuous growth. This is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to be at the forefront of wealth management innovation, shaping the solutions that shape financial futures worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Leadership

    • Front product strategy for Wealth Solutions, aligning vision with business goals to diagnose gaps and propel transformational delivery.

    • Own the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring execution from idea to launch alongside operational, technological, and client-facing stakeholders.

    • Define target operating models for future products or platform enhancements, refining ownership, key roles (positively if impact-driven!)

    • Drive operational efficiency, ownership clarity, and cross-functional accountability across multiple teams.

  • Agile Product Management

    • Operate as hands-on Product Owner, coaching and guiding agile Scrum/Kanban teams in prioritization, backlog grooming, and sprint execution.
    • Master writing sharp user stories and acceptance criteria, fostering cross-team alignment through DevOps practices, automation, and AI-infused enhancements where responsible and beneficial.
  • Stakeholder & Requirements Leadership

    • Partner with Product Managers, Technology, Operations, Sales, and external teams to synthesise requirements, manage dependencies, and execute product plans effectively.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, influencing decisions with insights, data-driven analysis, and experience in high-velocity organization funding customer-centric solutions.**
  • Innovation & Market Insights

    • Proactively track industry trends, competitive forces, and client feedback, adjusting delivery timelines and backlogs accordingly to address risks and opportunities.
    • Champion proactive advancements — through realistic exploration of AI, automation and tools to elevate quality, control, and client outcomes balletically.

  • Behavioural Leadership & Inclusivity

Requirements

  • Experience & Expertise

    • Proven 10+ years (Senior+ Executive) as a Product Owner or equivalent senior product role, specifically advancing complex change in a regulatory financial domain.
    • Proven success delivering digital-first initiatives across a global scale.
    • Extensive experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking/Wealth Solutions (preferred, with an essential focus on Portfolio Management Systems).
    • A well-earned record of product conception, development, market fit and steady evolution post-launch.
    • Demonstrated ability as a technical subject matter expert to guide teams and counterparts through complex delivery artifacts.
  • Methodologies & Knowledge

    • Hands-on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe-certified expertise, with experience isolating assignments into nimble sprints while managing concurrent delivery priorities.
    • A must-have capability to translate complex financial concepts into digestible, insightful business concepts, data-driven priorities & decisions.
  • Education

    • Determination in managing dynamic technical and program briefing.
    • Preferred: Masters/Degree or professional certification in commercial product orientation, statistics, risk management, technology, or relevant domains/network-specific training such as CSPO, SAFe, or similar.
  • Key Behaviours

    • Exceptional developed and TL-driven spoken/written communication – demonstrable at executive and cross-enterprise sharpening influence skills.
    • Strong 'translator' for technical jargon into actionable strategies, leveraging reflective and observational skills — with a flair for clear (at scale) multi-disciplinary roles — talent qualifying needs.
    • Their curious mind, domain acumen, and statistically nurtured decision-making skills delivering against Agile to sprint-operational units.
    • Cultivating an environment of executable accountability alongside fostering what collaboration, growth competition in disciplines.
