If you’re looking to take an exciting new direction with your HSBC career, an internal move can open the door to many opportunities, allowing you to take on a new challenge, and develop your skills. Bring your knowledge of our brand to a new role and grow yourself further.

We’re currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of SVS Agile Delivery Lead.

About the Role

As our SVS Agile Delivery Lead you will manage overall delivery across a sub value stream by aligning teams, coordinating cadence and keeping delivery moving in the same direction. This role removes blockers, manages dependencies and risks, and makes progress clear so value is delivered quickly and safely. It also maintains governance, release readiness and data-driven reporting to improve predictability, throughput and continuous improvement.

The scope of this role is the RCA & Regulation Management Sub Value Stream within the Risk Steward Enabler (RSE) Value Stream. The Value Stream has been set up to enable the 2nd Line of Defence across all Risk & Compliance (R&C) stripes, delivering shared capabilities and a consistent experience for Risk Stewards/Chief Risk & Compliance Officers. RSE will create and scale common capabilities across risk stripes to reduce duplication and cost, accelerate delivery through reuse, and improve consistency and control across the 2nd Line of Defence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
