Our solutions help customers protect their enterprise, comply with internal governance policies and external regulations, and adopt new applications and technologies securely. We help customers create and maintain a strong security foundation with interconnected solutions spanning endpoint, data center, and cloud environments. One Identity solutions mitigate risk and reduce complexity so organizations can move their business forward.
We are looking for a Senior Presales Engineer, IGA to support Sales with existing and prospective accounts and partners across the North American market. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for One Identity’s Identity Governance and Administration solutions, advise customers on new and revised software solutions, develop integrated end-to-end solution approaches, and position One Identity software to help customers achieve their strategic, operational, security, and compliance goals.
The successful candidate will work as part of a broader Identity and Access Management team and will provide a high standard of presales support for One Identity’s IGA portfolio. Strong communication skills, technical credibility, and deep IGA domain knowledge are essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales process with strong technical knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration, IAM, and enterprise security use cases.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer business objectives, identity lifecycle processes, governance requirements, compliance obligations, and technical environments.
- Map customer technical requirements to business outcomes and recommend appropriate One Identity IGA solution approaches.
- Deliver technical and sales-oriented presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts for customers and partners.
- Assist Sales with customer needs assessments, solution positioning, technical proposals, detailed specifications, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Articulate the value proposition of One Identity products and services, including how IGA integrates with broader IAM, PAM, Access Management, directory, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Development, Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, and Partner teams to support successful customer outcomes.
- Represent One Identity at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced peers and contribute to presales enablement, repeatable demos, and reusable technical assets.
- Maintain responsiveness to customers, partners, and internal teams while managing multiple opportunities in a remote, distributed work environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
