- Perform functional and performance testing on NPU software stack (Compiler, Runtime, SDK, etc.)
- Design test plans and test cases, and build automated test environments
- Report, reproduce, and analyze bugs, and propose improvements
- Ensure software quality and continuous testing in CI/CD environments
- Validate performance and compatibility based on various application scenarios
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to resolve issues and improve product quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in software testing and quality assurance (QA)
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, C/C++
- Development and debugging experience in Linux environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication/collaboration abilities
- Experience in testing software for AI accelerators (NPU, GPU, DSP, etc.)
- Experience with test automation and framework development (e.g., pytest, Robot Framework, Jenkins)
- Hands-on experience in performance benchmarking and optimization
- Experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment

Employment Type
- Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
