Are you a software engineer with deep infrastructure expertise and a systems-level mindset eager to shape the future of AI?
Large-scale language models are increasingly responsible for reasoning about real-world systems, cloud architectures, and performance-critical infrastructure. With high-quality expert training data, tomorrow’s AI can better design, evaluate, and operate complex software systems at scale. That training data begins with you.
We’re looking for SWE Infrastructure Specialists fluent in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python who specialize in systems thinking, software and infrastructure architecture, performance optimization, and quality engineering. You’ll challenge advanced language models on realistic infrastructure and platform scenarios involving cloud design, Infrastructure-as-Code abstractions, deployment workflows, scalability constraints, and failure modes. This work focuses on evaluating how models reason about architectural tradeoffs, abstraction layers, environment isolation, state management, and reliability across distributed systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
