Customer Experience Agent – Swedish Speaking

About the Role

You’ll be the voice of Vintage.com across multiple channels, ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued. This hybrid role combines online communications, customer service, complaint handling, and buying responsibilities—giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set while shaping the customer journey.

Your tasks will include:

  • Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, webchat, and social media
  • Guiding customers through purchases, resolving complaints with empathy, or building trust during transactions
  • Playing a key role in elevating Vintage.com’s reputation across Europe
