Customer Experience Agent – Swedish Speaking
About the Role
You’ll be the voice of Vintage.com across multiple channels, ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued. This hybrid role combines online communications, customer service, complaint handling, and buying responsibilities—giving you the opportunity to develop a broad skill set while shaping the customer journey.
Your tasks will include:
- Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, webchat, and social media
- Guiding customers through purchases, resolving complaints with empathy, or building trust during transactions
- Playing a key role in elevating Vintage.com’s reputation across Europe

- Shadowing experienced colleagues to understand customer journeys and best practices
- Gaining confidence in handling diverse customer queries across all communication channels
Establishing Your Impact
As you progress, you’ll:
- Independently manage customer conversations with professionalism, speed, and empathy
- Resolve queries and complaints fairly and consistently, adhering to quality standards
- Support customers through the buying process, providing clear explanations, overcoming objections, and guiding next steps
- Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent communication to build trust
