About the Role
At Ground Control, our Road Sweeper Drivers are trusted specialists whose expertise ensures roads and construction sites remain clean, safe, and compliant. You’ll operate advanced left-hand drive sweepers, clear debris from hard surfaces, and sometimes combine sweeping tasks with yard or general driving operations. This hands-on, varied role ensures no two days are the same—your precision and dedication directly contribute to cleaner roads, safer construction zones, and smoother community access.

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (Category C / Class 2), essential
- Passed Driver CPC qualification, mandatory
- Proven experience operating large vehicles safely and with precision
- Familiarity with left-hand drive vehicles (advantageous)
- Strong work ethic: Safety-focused, dependable, and proud of technical workmanship
- Willingness to work across multiple site roles when required
