Swift ledger community onboarding specialist

About Us

We’re the world’s leading provider of secure financial messaging services, headquartered in Belgium. We are the way the world moves value – across borders, through cities and overseas. No other organisation can address the scale, precision, pace and trust that this demands, and we’re proud to support the global economy.

We’re unique too. We were established to find a better way for the global financial community to move value – a reliable, safe and secure approach that the community can trust, completely. We’re always striving to be better and are constantly evolving in an ever-changing landscape, without undermining that trust. Five decades on, our vibrant community reflects the complexity and diversity of the financial ecosystem. We innovate diligently, test exhaustively, then implement fast. In a connected and exciting era, our mission has never been more relevant. Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.

Join the Swift Digital Asset Unit

The Digital Asset Unit drives one of the top company priorities and aims to deliver products to help our community embrace the digital economy.

For its core product, the Swift Ledger, Swift needs effective community management to foster adoption. This requires structure, communication, convincing, creativity, project management, and very clear articulation of messages. Banks adopting the ledger have to undergo a deep process of understanding its implications for their own processes. They will also need their suppliers to be fully equipped with the relevant information to aid their success.

This function will be a core element in ensuring the Swift Ledger’s success.

What To Expect

This is a hands-on role with high visibility and both internal and external exposure. It requires strong adaptability as the team operates at a fast delivery pace in a domain that remains innovative for both Swift and the banking community.

The team is intentionally small to preserve agility. This means all team members are expected to drive their own agendas with a high degree of independence while working collaboratively and reaching out to others when needed. The team brings significant experience, and the selected candidate will be expected to leverage this experience while contributing their own expertise. As the topic is innovative, the content and direction may evolve regularly. Agility, in the broadest sense, is therefore essential and navigating change should ideally be one of your motivational drivers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
