We are looking for a proactive and organised Swim Academy Sales Admin to support the delivery and growth of our swimming lesson programme. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service and sales, helping to ensure the smooth running of the swim school while promoting participation and membership growth. In this role, you will support the day to day administration of the swim programme, maintaining accurate records and working closely with teaching staff and management to ensure lessons are well organised and effectively delivered. You will also take an active role in sales activity, following up leads, promoting services and helping to achieve monthly targets. You will engage regularly with customers and parents, providing updates on swimmer progress and offering guidance on progression through the programme. The role also includes supporting staff coordination, assisting with lesson cover when required and contributing to outreach activity within the community. If you are organised, customer focused and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, we would love to hear from you. Hours: 25 hours a week, Tuesday - Saturday This role may be based at any of our New Forest venues. We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in administration, sales or a customer facing role Highly organised with strong attention to detail and able to manage a varied workload A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Proactive and motivated to meet targets and support business growth Comfortable using databases and IT systems to manage customer information Able to build positive relationships with customers, staff and external partners A strong team player who can also work independently Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment Committed to delivering excellent customer service Desirable Skills & Experience: Swim teaching qualification or experience within a swim school or leisure environment Experience using leisure management or membership systems such as Insight Experience in sales or generating leads and converting enquiries Experience coordinating staff rotas or supporting team operations Knowledge of swimming lesson programmes and progression pathways We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
