Bank Swim Instructor
Location: Northampton Pool | Bank Contract – Ad Hoc | Part Time Wage: Up to £17.34 per hour

About the Role
Working on the bank as a Bank Swim Instructor means you won’t be contracted to a set number of hours per week. Instead, you’ll work flexibly on an ad-hoc basis, aligning with both the business needs and your availability.
Responsibilities
As a Bank Swim Instructor at our Northampton Fitness and Wellbeing Gym, you will:

- Engage, coach, and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
- Create opportunities for members to learn and develop their skills
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, offering tailored support
- Serve as a positive role model with an engaging, fun approach
- Use your coaching talent to address the individual needs of learners
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need to have:
- A valid ASA Level 2 qualification (or an equivalent certification)
- Experience coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities
- A track record of achieving targets and delivering effective teaching programs
- Strong collaboration skills to work with colleagues and enhance programs
