Swim School Coordinator
Cofton Holidays – Dawlish, Devon | 10 hours per week Hybrid / Home Working Available
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding experiences? Cofton Holidays is seeking a Swim School Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day administration and organisation of our growing Swim School.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and administrative skills who enjoys working independently while supporting a busy and successful swimming programme.
About The Role
As Swim School Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of our Swim School, ensuring lessons run smoothly and customers receive excellent service.
This flexible role offers a combination of remote working and on-site support when required. A company laptop and mobile phone will be provided, allowing you to efficiently manage communications and administration from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing swim lesson bookings, spaces, and waiting lists.
- Coordinating lesson schedules and participant movements between classes.
- Recording and processing holidays, absences, and catch-up requests.
- Acting as the main point of contact for swim school enquiries via email and phone.
- Maintaining accurate swim school records and databases.
- Liaising with swim teachers, reception teams, parents, and guardians.
- Supporting termly planning and administrative preparation.
- Monitoring attendance and communicating any issues to the management team.
- Helping identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and online booking systems.
- Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well independently and takes ownership of their responsibilities.
- Has a customer-focused approach and professional manner.
Experience within a swim school, leisure, education, or customer service environment would be advantageous.

Working Pattern
The role offers flexibility around when hours are worked, provided Swim School administration and customer communications are managed effectively. Some occasional on-site attendance may be required for meetings, planning, or operational support.
