Swim School Helper at LGS Stoneygate
Description
Are you passionate about swimming and helping others build confidence in the water? We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Swim School Helper to join our team and support the delivery of safe, enjoyable, and engaging swimming sessions for children.
As a Swim School Helper, you will work alongside qualified swimming instructors to create a positive learning environment where swimmers feel supported and encouraged. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping during lessons
- Providing extra support to beginners and nervous swimmers
- Assisting younger swimmers in the water when required
- Demonstrating techniques
- Leading warm-up activities
- Organising equipment
- Ensuring the poolside environment remains safe, clean, and welcoming
