Key Responsibilities
As a Swim Teacher, you’ll:
- Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities – making sure everyone feels supported and achieves their goals.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about their child’s progress and advise on next steps.
- Assist in poolside supervision, ensuring safety, discipline, and a confident environment for all.
- Engage warmly with learners to build trust, confidence, and a love of swimming.

Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills, paired with genuine enthusiasm to connect with people in a highly social role.
- Ability to relate well to children and their parents/carers.
- Enough self-confidence and resilience to start training in this role—no previous experience needed.
- Entry-level swim-instructing titles (or willingness to attain them) – we’ll provide the necessary certifications and training.
- Valid Enhanced DBS check.
