Swim Teacher Role Overview
As a Swim Teacher, you’ll:
- Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
- Ensure students feel supported, engaged, and achieve their goals
- Communicate with parents/guardians to track progress and guide development
- Supervise customers in and around the pool while maintaining safety
The role offers flexible, casual hours when needed.
Requirements
- Ability to teach swimming, with either:
- An existing Level 2 swim teaching qualification, or
- Willingness to gain one (training provided)
- Experience or ability to work with children and parents
- Strong communication skills and qualities like patience, friendliness
- Enhanced DBS check required for all applicants
