Swim Teacher Role Overview

As a Swim Teacher, you’ll:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • Ensure students feel supported, engaged, and achieve their goals
  • Communicate with parents/guardians to track progress and guide development
  • Supervise customers in and around the pool while maintaining safety

The role offers flexible, casual hours when needed.


Requirements

  • Ability to teach swimming, with either:
    • An existing Level 2 swim teaching qualification, or
    • Willingness to gain one (training provided)
  • Experience or ability to work with children and parents
  • Strong communication skills and qualities like patience, friendliness
  • Enhanced DBS check required for all applicants
