The Opportunity
This role is perfect for you if you’re great with people—customers, colleagues, and families. You might find working with adults and children comes naturally, or training can help build these essential skills. We’re happy to support you every step of the way, including offering qualifications and mentorship for those new to teaching or employment.
As a Swim Teacher, you’ll:
- Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to reach their goals.
- Work closely with parents/guardians, discussing progress and guiding children through their lesson programme.
- Assist in supervising the swimming pool area, prioritising safety and discipline.
- Embody our mission of health, happiness, and accessibility for all.

Hours: Casual, as and when required.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have—or commit to gaining—a Level 2 Swimming Teaching qualification (training can be provided).
- Be excellent with communication, with a genuine desire to support customers and colleagues.
- Be comfortable working with children and their parents,-paying attention to their development.
- Have OR pass an Enhanced DBS check.

Salary: Up to £15.29 per hour.
