About the Role
As a Swim Teacher based at King Alfred Leisure Centre, you’ll:
- Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, adapting techniques to help learners progress and feel supported.
- Provide parent/guardian updates and guide children through focused skill development.
- Maintain safety and discipline in poolside supervision.

What We’re Looking For

- A safety-first mindset ensuring a calm, inclusive pool environment.

Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 Swimming Teaching qualification.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
Ideally:
- Experience working with children/adults.
- Friendliness, reliability, and high professionalism.
