As a Swim Teacher, you’ll:
- Deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
- Ensure participants feel supported while achieving their goals.
- Sometimes close the post early if we receive high-quality applications, so apply as soon as possible if interested.
Hours: 2.5 hours per week, Tuesday–Thursday (rota basis).
Responsibilities
- Teach swimming to children and/or adults according to qualification, training, and experience.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about progress and advise on progression through programmes.
- Assist in supervising customers in and around the swimming pool, ensuring safety and discipline.
- Lead with excellent communication skills and genuine care for customers.
- Assist with working effectively with children and their families.
Requirements
To be considered, you’ll need:
- A Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification.
- An enhanced DBS check.
- Experience (or willingness) to:
- Work with children and adults.
- Provide safe, inclusive, and supportive instruction.
- Communicate clearly with parents or carers.

Key Details
- Salary: Up to £19.35 per hour
- Closing date: 17th July 2026
- Location: Multi-site (rotating days between Tuesday–Thursday)
