Swimming Coordinator – Places Leisure

About the Role
As the Swimming Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the swim programme
- Scheduling 1:1 lessons
- Coordinating school swim programmes
- Supervising swim teachers
- Delivering a high level of customer service to pool customers
- Managing Swimming Instructors, empowering them to motivate pupils and help them achieve fitness goals (turning non-swimmers into confident pool users).

Requirements
The successful applicant will:
- Have previous management experience and a commercial background, ideally within swimming
- Show a clear commitment to ongoing Continuous Personal Development (attending at least 2 courses/workshops per year)
- Possess a strong working knowledge of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway
- Be passionate about swimming and creating active places and healthy communities
