About the Role
Swimming Coordinator
As Swimming Coordinator, you will manage and oversee our swim programme, including:
- Scheduling 1:1 swimming lessons
- Coordinating school swimming programmes
- Managing swim teachers and instructors
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all pool customers
- Supporting and empowering Swimming Instructors to:
- Teach swim lessons effectively
- Help non-swimmers build confidence
- Guide fitness-centric swimmers in achieving their goals

Requirements & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous management experience in a commercial or swimming-related environment
- A deep commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD):
- Attend a minimum of 2 courses/workshops per year
- A strong understanding of the Swim England Learn to Swim Pathway
- Passion for swimming and empowering others to lead healthier, active lives
