Salary & Hours
- Up to £15.88 per hour (plus excellent benefits)
- Casual hours, between Monday to Sunday

Our Swimming Teachers deliver inspiring and effective swimming lessons, following the Swim England learn to swim framework – a proven method to build confidence through fun, engaging sessions.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll deliver safe, enjoyable, and progressive swimming lessons for various age groups, including:
- Babies & pre-schoolers
- All ability levels
We prioritise not just teaching well, but supporting your career growth and enthusiastic attitude to community engagement.
Requirements
Essential:
✅ Ability to interact confidently with people of all ages and backgrounds ✅ Holds a qualifying teaching qualification in swimming — we accept:
- STA Award in Teaching Swimming, or
- Swim England Level 2 (formerly ASA Level 2 Teaching)
Advantageous (but we offer training):
🆔 Emergency first aid & safeguarding qualifications:
- RLSS UK NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
- RLSS UK NRASTC, or STA Safety Award for Teachers
