Hours & Possibility Casual, various hours available between Monday to Sunday
Compensation £13 to £16.98 per hour (depending on experience) + excellent benefits

As a Swimming Teacher, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, using the Swim England learn-to-swim framework to build confidence in swimmers of all ages—from babies to aspiring competitors.

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, structured, and enjoyable swimming lessons using the Swim England framework.
- Engage with learners of all ages and backgrounds, fostering confidence and skill progression.
- Assist in safeguarding best practices and maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Actively participate in training, development and professional growth (where required).
- Collaborate in team-based roles across multiple leisure facilities if desired.
- Ensure proactive support for student success beyond lessons.
Requirements

Successful ability to interact with diverse groups, including families and pre-schoolers.

Essential qualifications:
- STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming OR
- Swim England Level 2 (previously ASA Level 2).

Desirable but not essential (we’ll cover training costs):
- RLSS UK NPLQ, RLSS UK NRASTC or STA Safety Award for Teachers.
