About the Role
The Swing Electrics Technician works across all eight venues, providing critical support by assisting with department absences and holiday cover, as well as during busier show changeover periods. This role is ideal for a technician who excels in juggling multiple venues, thriving on versatility and a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serving as a cross-venue support technician to ensure seamless operations
- Supporting electricians and stage managers during absences, cover shifts, and peak workloads
- Assisting with production lighting systems, including infrastructure, projection, video, and special effects
- Promoting health and safety best practice across all theatres
- Contributing to building maintenance where required
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
- Substantial experience as a Venue Technician, specialising in electrics and lighting
- A proven skill set in:
- Working with production lighting equipment and infrastructure
- Managing projection, video, and special effects systems
- Understanding the operational needs of large-scale West End theatre venues
- Ability to work flexibly, proactively, and autonomously
- Strong awareness of health and safety protocols
