Job Opportunity: Friendly Receptionist (Part-Time, 15 Hours Per Week)
As a receptionist in our Healthcare environment, you’ll provide exceptional services across NHS Trusts and private hospitals.
About the Role
Join Compass Group UK & Ireland (Medirest), a specialist operating company within the sector, offering part-time contract hours (15 hours per week). As a key member of our welcoming team, you’ll ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all staff, visitors, and patients.
Shift patterns will be variable.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include:
- Creating and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff
- Fielding incoming calls with friendly professionalism
- Handling administrative support across multiple areas
- Managing office supplies, including ordering and distribution
- Keeping working areas neat and tidy
- Upholding a positive brand image for Compass Group UK&I
