Switchboard Operator (Renaissance London Heathrow)
Salary: £26,520 per annum
Holiday: 28 days (increased to 30 days after 5 years)

About the Role
Switchboard Operators at Renaissance London Heathrow are the first point of contact, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the switchboard, handling and forwarding incoming telephone calls efficiently
- Transfer calls to the correct department or individual as needed
- Take accurate messages and relay them promptly

- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Calm, organised, and detail-oriented mindset for extra-pressure scenarios
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English) with high standards of English
- Ability to anticipate and address guest needs proactively
