Salary / Hourly Rate: £14.12 - £14.83 per hour
We have an exciting clerical opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team. We have three Clerical Assistant vacancies within the following location:
Headquarters, Almada Street, Hamilton
- Two permanent 35 hour post working Monday – Friday (Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 16:45 Friday 08:45 – 16:15)
- One temporary 17.5 hour post working Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesdays (08:45 – 16:45). This post is temporary until April 2027

You would be part of a successful, well established administration service working in a fast-paced environment and as a Clerical Assistant you would undertake a wide variety of admin duties including data inputting to our social work case management system, provide a word processing service, minute taking, processing invoices, arranging meetings using the outlook facility, maintaining spreadsheets, answering and fielding phone calls, using Multi Functional Devices, scanning and indexing documents and other general admin tasks to support operational staff.
We welcome applications from people who have an excellent knowledge of IT packages. Ideally you will have experience of working as a receptionist or within an office, however this will not be essential as you will be given full training.

Overseas Criminal Records Check
