Sysplex)tool) developers & testers(A Sysplex Developers & Testers are a mainframespecialist who designs,develops,and supports applications or system components that run in an IBM sysplex environment.This role is highly specialized and is most common in banks and large enterprises) Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a critical testing position. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery. Identify, record, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Perform regression testing and maintain testing documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and methodologies. Utilise automation tools where applicable to improve testing efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies. Familiarity with Sysplex environments and mainframe systems is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Nice to have Experience with automated testing tools. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C#. Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) is a plus. Salary: 40000 - 50000 GBP Per annum
