We're working with a fast-growing technology client focused on delivering effective and efficient services to their customers.

The Role

  • Ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  • Promptly resolve customer problems and issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge of all company products and services.
  • Contribute to and maintain a technical library.
  • Provide input for system scaling and technical advice to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new technical developments.

What You'll Need

  • Experience with Office 365 and Windows Server platforms.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Server and general Office Suite applications.
  • Understanding of networking principles and configurations (Cisco ASA / Meraki).
  • Experience with Azure.
  • Familiarity with RDS/Terminal Services and Mitel.
  • Knowledge of Sophos and Citrix Certified Associate Networking (CCA-N) is a plus.
