System Administrator
Technical Support & Service Delivery Specialist – FAST-GROWTH TECH COMPANY
About the Role
Working with a fast-growing technology client, this position ensures effective and efficient service delivery by resolving customer problems and maintaining crucial technical frameworks. You’ll play a key role in:
- Ensuring effective and efficient service delivery to customers
- Promptly resolving customer problems and issues
- Contributing to and maintaining a technical library
- Providing input for system scaling and offering technical advice
- Staying current with new and emerging technical developments

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in system administration
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server
- Familiarity with Exchange Server and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of networking principles and experience with Cisco products
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
