What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone early in their systems, operations, or technology career who is keen to learn how business systems are implemented, improved, and supported across the business. This role would suit someone who is organized, curious, technically minded, and looking to build a career in systems delivery, business technology, and operational improvement.
What will you do?
- Support the implementation of technology and systems changes across the business
- Work with internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear actions
- Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and rollout activities
- Help prepare training materials, user guides, process notes, and supporting documentation
- Deliver or support user training for new systems, processes, and system changes
- Assist with data cleansing, system updates, reporting, and configuration tasks
- Support internal users during and after system changes, helping to resolve issues and escalate where needed
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and make better use of existing systems
- Maintain clear records of changes, decisions, actions, and project progress

What are we looking for?
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
- Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to troubleshooting
- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, reports, and system records
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work with different teams to understand requirements and explain system changes clearly
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
- Good organization skills, with the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Basic understanding of business systems, CRM/ATS platforms, Microsoft 365, or workflow tools
- An interest in automation, reporting, process improvement, and technology-enabled change
- Ability to document processes, system changes, and user guidance clearly
- A customer-service mindset when supporting internal users
- Confidence asking questions, escalating issues, and taking ownership of assigned work

- CRM, ATS, recruitment, HR, payroll, or timesheet systems
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, or Power Automate

- Writing user guides, training notes, or support documentation
