System Architect - RF

RF Systems Architect | Outside IR35 | High Day Rate | Majority Remote

About the Role

Looking for a Systems Architect with exceptional RF expertise—someone who goes beyond traditional RF specialisation to tackle system-level challenges, take ownership across multiple disciplines, and get hands-on in the lab.

This opportunity is with an innovative technology company specialising in market-leading wireless products, offering:

  • Excellent day rate
  • Majority remote (2 days per week on-site in Cambridge)
  • 6-month contract
  • âś… Outside IR35 (QDOS assessed)
  • Immediate interviews from 6th July

This role is perfect for a confident systems thinker who understands how RF integrates into broader system design rather than focusing solely on simulations.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work across system architecture, integration, debugging, testing, hardware, and digital systems, with a hands-on approach to practical problem-solving:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
